pwAddDataFromLibrary

 pwAddModelDataLibrary(dataFile, targetFolder)

 Adds a data set from the data library by copying it into
 the targetFolder and adding it to the currently
 selected model in PottersWheel.

 The data file must be specified including file extension.

 If no targetFolder is specified, a folder selection dialog opens.
