pwAddRepository

 ok = pwAddRepository(filename, showDialog)

 Adds a PottersWheel repository from hard disk to the
 current repository, which can also be used to merge repositories.
 Default filename: 'pwRepository.mat'

 Essentially couples and fits are added.
