 pwDesignerApplyPottersWheelLayout(targetModel, modelIncludingLayout)

 Extracts positioning and coloring of a model given as a
 PottersWheel model file and applies the design information
 onto a target model given either by its index in the list of
 model-data-couples or by a filename. In the second case, the
 original file of the target model will be modified.
