 pwFitHistoryAppendManualFit(name)

 Appends a manual fit, i.e. the current setting of the parameters in the
 PottersWheel Equalizer, to the fit history.
 If no name is specified, the user is prompted for a name.
 The name can later be used, to identify a certain parameter setting.
