pwGetReactionAutoID

 ID = pwGetReactionAutoID(r)

 Returns an automatic ID for a reaction r
 calculated e.g. if the user does not supply a
 reaction ID. It is based on the reactants,
 products, modifiers, parameters, rate signature,
 compartments, and stoichiometry.
