pwGetStoichiometricMatrix

 

 [L, D, x0, n0, k, c] = pwGetStoichiometricMatrix(x0)

 Returns the stoichiometric coefficients and kinetic and stochastic
 rate constants as described in Ullah et al. for the highest selected model.

Note

 
 This approach is only feasible for models where reseverible reactions
 are modelled as a separate forward and backward reaction based on
 mass action kinetics without modifiers and algebraic equations.
 All reactions must take place in the same compartment.
