pwGetY

 y = pwGetY(rhs, ID, scalingParameter, errorModelRhs, noiseType, unit, name, ...
            description, alternativeIDs, designerProps, classname)

 Creates an observation function.

 If no ID is given, the right hand side (rhs) is used as ID
 with appending '_obs' and replacing symbols like '+' by '_plus_', etc.
