 Installs the PottersWheel toolbox by setting the
 Matlab path and compilation of C MEX files.

 If the path is already set and you only update PottersWheel,
 nothing has to be done. PottersWheel checks automatically
 in the beginning of each session whether all C MEX files
 are up-to-date and compiles if necessary.
