 pwMota(K, IDs, showPlots, maxNumberOfParameters)

 Mean optimal transformation approach.

Arguments for pwMota

 showPlots              default true

 maxNumberOfParameters  default 5

Description

 
 Applies a MOTA analysis to the given fits
 or the given parameter matrix K with dimensions
 nFits x nPars where the paramters have the given IDs
 or will be set to p1, p2, ...

 This is a wrapper function to the algorithm implemented by Stefan Hengl.
