pwSaveStartValues

 pwSaveStartValues(filename, xIDs, x0, x0Min, x0Max)

 Save start values and fit limits into a valid
 Matlab function which can be used within pwAddStartValues.

 If xIDs are empty or not given, the start values of the currently
 highest selected couple are used.
