Description

 
 If you encounter difficulties with a new PottersWheel
 version and an old repository file, try this function
 after loading the repository. It refreshes the configuration
 settings and forces compilation of all mex files.

Note

 
 This situation should only occur in a major version change,
 e.g. from 1.xx to 2.xx. Else, PottersWheel automatically takes care
 of modification and required extensions between the old and
 new repository structure when the repository is loaded into PottersWheel.
 Therefore, repository problems within the same major PottersWheel
 version be reported as a bug to the development team.
